DISPUTING DOMAINMONSTER.COM CHARGES FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED/ACCOUNT LOCKOUTS/REFUSED DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS
We can put a stop these types of abusive, unfair business practices, but we need your help!
One option for disputing goods not received is to dispute the charge with the credit card company. If one pursues this option, please keep in mind the credit card company's time limits for a disputed charge.
We recommend filing complaints:
ICANN http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
IC3 http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
Better Business Bureau: http://www.bbb.org/
We had a similar problem with Domain Monster. Police agreed with us this is theft.
None of this should be construed as legal advice. If you have legal questions, please talk to a licensed attorney. Thank you and good luck.
