Dominion Finance/Dominian Financial ripoff CHAMPLAIN New York
The company said they would send me a "credit card" with a credit limit of $5000.00 for a proccesing fee of $294.00.Later my bank was deducted and 15-30 days later I was to receive my card.When I received my "package"there was no credit card,there was an application for a "stored value"card for an additional $30.00.
Later when I called the customer service #, I waited more than 30 minutes before I was able to talk to someone.When I spoke to the costomer service rep. he informed me that there was a no refund policy,(that was never mentioned to me in our original phone conversation)the original phone call was recorded,he said it would take two to three days to check the tape and would get back to me. To this day I still havn't heard from them.
