Dominion Pool Construction Javier Martinez, Owner Outdoor kitchen and patio Houston Texas
Contracted with this company for a patio build and outdoor kitchen in August 2016. Paid money down per the contract. Owner, Javier Martinez, promised job would be done by September 2016. As of December 21, 2016, job has not been completed and Owner will not respond to numerous emails and phone calls. The Company partially completed the patio build and started the build of the kitchen. Throughout the job, the Owner requested additional money to purchase supplies or pay workers. Many times we would return home from work, and the Owner would be sitting on our patio talking on his cell phone (no workers in sight). Once we quit advancing him money (beyond the terms of the contract), the Owner walked away from the job in October 2016. The patio and kitchen build and finish work are subpar. We are obtaining additional quotes to complete the job, and 3 other companies have stated that kitchen is structurally unsound. The company left the yard in shambles. The kitchen will need to be completely torn down and re-built. We plan on filing a lawsuit against this company and owner. Do not trust this company or hire this company to do any work for you.
