Dominos Pizza Rip-off! I was wrongfully released from being employed! Ridgeland Mississippi
Let's begin with the fact that I was mislead into employment as I was already empoyed with another delivery company. I was told that the dominos was doing X amount of money per week and drivers were making really good tips and that 40+ hours a week wouldn't be a problem. This, I found out later, was a lie.
This store was not doing anything and 25 hours a week was about all I was getting. I stuck with it, well during the course of my employment I became a bit hostile and annoyed with favortism being shown to certain employees who thought they knew there jobs. They even were near family to the manager aka Robert Lee. Robert thought these few people could do no wrong.
In same sentence he knew I was a senior delivery driver knowing the area better than any of his other drivers, he even had me fooled into believing I was suppose to be helping them. This was absolute BS, he then decided to take their word for some things that they said about me, they said they were uncomfortable working with me. Well this was probably true because I did my job better than they did and was much faster and more efficient than they were, so in return they make up crap to get me terminated and guess what it worked.
In return for this report I do not want my job back, nor do I want free pizza I want a public apology made to me by Robert Lee and the employees still employed, Maggie and Elisa. I want my record wiped clean and I want these 2 employees to quit harassing me on the road.
I left quietly and still even spend money with this store, even though I have more mistakes with them than someone should put up with.
