landlords had very poor follow up skills when it came to repairs that were promised upon moving in as well as problems with the heat in the upstairs (bedrooms). It was consistently so cold in our rooms that our 2 year old had to sleep with us many nights and sometimes we even slept in the living room to stay warm. Upon moving out we were charged hundreds of dollars for things such as "excessive jumping, trash removal, carpet burns" and other things that they knew we couldn't prove were fake or already there when we moved in and had been promised to be fixed.
