My family booked a trip to mexico with ZEV BECKERMAN 6 months before our travel time. 3 weeks before our trip he  emails saying he wanted $600 more dollar for the reservation. I think thats called BLACKMAIL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. To top it off he is a remax realator. If you come to a agreement on a price and put a deposit down, doesn't that make a contract?

My experience with Zev Beckerman was great.  We had a last minute booking for a Playa La Mision rental home that Zev was able to accomodate us with.  We made a security deposit of $350 to Zev and unfortunately our plans had changed the day before our stay.  Zev was happy to refund our money and was very understanding to our situation.  This complaint was not reflective of our experience with Zev and we will definitely book with him again.

This Party was notified of the fact that there was an error in the quote sent to them and given a comprimise to adjust the rate with still giving them a 25% discount and this party refused. the computerized booking system made an error and we discovered long before the reservation and this could have been handled in a positive way. Also, the numbers he was seeing were not the numbers we had received about 3 months prior to booking so his original report here is false and is not reporting the truth. despite it all, we were willing to take a huge haircut but this Gentleman was greedy and wanted the us to stand by the error the system made which we are not responsible for. we had contacted VRBO and spoke to them about this situation and they advised us to immediately cancel this reservation as the guest was not reasonable which is exactly what we did.
