DONNELLEY GOPIDAS - DONJAYZ FASHION CORPORATION LLC FAILED TO DELIVER PRODUCT Pleasanton, California
Donnelley Gopidsa, CEO of Donjayz LLC, advertised cell phones on www.Alibaba.com. I contacted him by email to get a quote and he returned email quote to me. I received a phone call from him on 10/21/2009 @ 11:25:04 AM CDST from phone number 925/640-7810 and had a 10 min 23 sec conversation regarding the order. I was instructed to transfer $2,545 into his Bank Of America account, routing number 02353-76029, account number 121000358, which was performed on 10/22/2009 from Branson, MO Bank of America. The funds had to clear the account prior to Mr. Gopidas' shipping of order. I received an email on Monday, 10/26/09 that the "order has been mail." Mr. Gopidas indicated that he shipped DHL, which does not ship domestic.
I have left several emails for Mr. Gopidas and attempted to leave voice messages but his voice mailbox is full.
I received an email 11/3/09 stating my package had been returned to me. He offered a refund. I opted for another delivery. I received email 11/6/09 stating that package would be delivered 11/11/09. DID NOT RECEIVE.

Donnelley Gopidas has sent emails to me from Extended Stay Hotel in Pleasanton, CA, 4555 Cabot and Redwood City CA or Belmont, CA. This has been discrened from email headers.

Donnelley Gopidas contacted me via his yahoo email account, [email protected], which was created 10/5/2009.
Donjayz Fashion Corporation, LLC is not listed in California corporations or any nearby states. The stated address was 5800 Felter Road, San Jose, CA 95132 and 4500 Dublin Blvd., Pleasanton, CA 94556 with a phone # of 925-497-0759, which is the address and phone number for Extended Stay Motel.
Donnelley Gopidas stated that he was shipping out 300,000 iphones a month and on inquiry as to source stated that he was friends with a Barry Wait at Apple Corp.
Subsequent emails from Donnelley Gopidas were traced to IP address 70.89.156.201, with long./lat. coordinants of Davil Lane @ Circle in Redwood City, CA using KeelsonOakley.hfc.comcastbusiness.net IP provider.
Two previous emails originated from IP address 65.206.204.3, which is EXTENDED STAY HOTELS- 4555 CHABOT, SPARTANBURG, S.C.
Donnelley Gopidas' known relatives are SHANKAR GOPIDAS and TABATHA Gopidas.
