Doug Cowell will call people stating that he is a Farm Broker wanting to sell hay. He has conned numerous people (most have judgements against him) out of tens of thousands of dollars. Once you pay for truck loads of hay, he disappears. He is a very good con artist and will go by Dougs Hay Sales, Trophy Hay sales or Colorado River Hay Sales. Beware of him and do a public search on him through Az. He scammed one gentleman out of 152000.00 dollars worth of hay that was never delivered.

Doug has continued to ignore our requests for a refund. His actual address (so we just found out) is 3517 Whitecap Ct lake havasu az 86403. All attempts have been exhausted. He recently posted on HayCountry.com looking for his next victim. When I commented on his ad, he quickly deleted it. He is looking for his next victim.
