Well, they did do something right. I am astonished. However I am still seaking out as many forums, websites that I can to alert any and all about the horrific experience I have had dealing with Doxy.

I can only base this on my experience, but as you can read from other's I am NOT the only one.
Funny how Doxy can always come back and be combative, but never find time to address the consumers emails regarding status of there orders.
She states that I did not give them time nor a chance to make things right. What, Doxy do you think is the proper amount of time to "make things right" in your business practice? Maybe if you enlighten us, we can give the next consumer an option prior to purchasing from you.
They did state I was refunded, but I have nothing to base there word on. I will update and let you know if they did credit me back once those 2+ days go by.
Below is more correspondace from Doxy. Read on to see how well their customer service(support)responds. Business like conduct is not there forte.

What I really think? Oh you would not like to hear what I really think, nor do you care. I do believe you enjoy annoying people. That is about the only thing you do WELL!
Like I suggested before, please use your internet time for handling customer shipments.
The time you have taken to respond to me, can be better applied to addressing the inquires they have.
And for the record, what I do on my weekends are my business, why don't you do yours!

We already refunded you in full yesterday. As i'm sure you are aware, it takes 2-4 days for the money to show back up in your account. Thank you. Customer Support

As I stated on my previous post. Here is my correspondance with Doxy. I will be disputing my charge with my credit card company. They will not be keeping my money. I implore all who is reading this to take measures to complain. Find as many sites that you can. All we can hope to do is help others to not make the same mistake we did.

Giving you a chance??????????? WTF? Wow, you are
unreal!
What about the people that placed orders back in
August that have yet to receive there orders, huh? Or let's see, by reading back on the complaints, this is not because it's "this time of year". Its your business practice "ALWAYS". Maybe with a rare exception, here and there.
Have you ever bought anything online and not received your purchase? And on top of that, were billed a month prior and not receive any "real" updates on what you paid money for.
Tell me Jennifer, how would you handle that? Bet you would not sit idly by and let anyone take your money and you get nothing in return. I have been more than "nice". And you, or whomever is in charge of this company really needs to look into there business practice.
Pretty sad that you take lightly the concerns of
others who are "your" bread and butter, and not try to address the problems you have and make this so called company better.
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade
Commission. I will keep looking for other sites that I can post my experience with this company.
Its to bad that you really don't care, and if you
truly do. You should show it!
Don't advertise "in stock" can ship within 24-48hrs, it gives false hope. You are truly fraudulent with those statements. You should say we will ship when we d**n well please, but we will take your money now, sucka's. Sheesh!!!!!!!!

Please file, people. Enough is enough!!!! ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/fedjobs.htm The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them. To file a complaint or to get free information on consumer issues, visit www.ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft, and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad. I still have yet to recieve my "overnight order" that supposedly shipped last Friday. Overnight to me indicates it will arrive the "next business day". But Doxy's way of thinking is way off the norm. Doxy please don't give false hope...if you do not mean it "DON'T SAY IT"! I am sending them "another" email today letting them know I have filed a third complaint (another one is in the works), but this one is to the Federal Trade Commission. I doubt it will phase them in the least at this point. I have been more than pleasant, with them. Usually you can kill them with kindness and the companies that care about there future business will generally work to achieve the consumer's expectations.

After posting my original, I emailed Doxy and put in the subject line: Fraud! I received a response later that same day 10/5. Long story short...... They told me they would ship my order, overnight at there expense. Well that would of put it here yesterday 10/9, but with Columbus Day no mail is delivered, it should of come today. And get ready for this....its still not here. I will keep updating and will more than likely post all my correspondance I have had with them, so you will see exactly what type of company this is, and how well there customer service interacts with us....the consumer.
