I am very upset at this moment. I sent them about 6 emails and no respond back. I did let them know I needed my order before October 16th 2006. This order has not shipped. It is a costume and I have parties to go to and now they have Ruin my plans. I will go to the highest extent to get my money back and for what they have done. I will NEVER order from them again. I placed my order on August 13, 2006, this unacceptable. I will not tolerate this poor service. All want is my order AT my house at least before October 23, 2006 and they will never hear from me again. Today is October 12, 2006. I have understand that they are backed up in orders but they shouldn't have false advertisement on there website, that orders that are in stock will be out within 24-48hrs, that is against the law. Last year was the same problem, they were backed up in orders. They know the routine for now.

Hi Rocio. I deeply apologize for the delay with your order. We have shipped both pending orders today via 2-3 day service so that you will receive them in time for your parties. I apologize that noone responded to you sooner. We are working as hard as we possibly can with the resources we have available to get all costume orders that were placed by October 10th shipped by this weekend. To anyone else reading this, please understand that it is our first priority to get the orders shipped out, so we have had to put a hold on answering email inquiries. We only have so many employees, and all of our employees are currently working on shipping orders. We are not a "rip off" company. We understand that you all want updates on your order status, and if we had the resources to answer every email within 10 minutes we would, but we are maxed out right now trying to get orders shipped.
