This report is in exercise of my first amendment rights to

express substantial truth, opinion, and judgment about the incredibly poor

quality education and discrimination that I received at The University of Texas

at Austin.  Discrimination takes the form of unfair treatment in my

experiences.  This is also to educate and inform the public about serious

problems that occur at The University of Texas at Austin that could be

detrimental to them.  My educational experiences included extremely poor quality

lectures and belligerent diatribes from most professors.  My educational

experience also included trite busy work, trite busy readings, and on-going

petty harassment and shunning that students and professors try to rationalize

as "criticism", "concern", or freedom of speech.  All of my class

experiences and group work involved group think and Stalinistic collectivism.   Dr. Bill Powers should take responsibility

for what I experienced but I doubt that he will.    There are also other negative student

reviews that the public can view online.   (((Redacted)))

The dysfunctional system at UT Austin also includes a snitch

culture in which you are permitted and instructed to report or tattle tell on

students or staff to the behavior concerns advice line in which The Assistant

Dean Dr. LaToya Hill takes rumored information (gossip) about a targeted

individual, then she places it into a database, and then I believe that the

university sets up the targeted individual to be spied on and watched, and in

the worst case scenario retaliated against by mobbing or petty harassment.   This violates the fourth amendment rights of

any targeted student.   They have a right

to be secure in their persons.   This also

violates the first amendment rights in which the student has a right to know

what information is being said about him or her.   This also violates due process because each

targeted student has a right to oppose or defend such rumors. http://www.utexas.edu/safety/bcal/ Students are encouraged to spy on one

another, with many schools paying cash for tips on potential trouble makers. (Redden

2000, 132). The MOSAIC 2000 program is triggered by informants.   Once school administrators are told that a certain

student may pose a threat , they answer a lengthy series of questions which

ranks the student on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being most potentially

violent.   All a school snitch has to do

is say another student is acting strangely to trigger a MOSAIC 2000 review. (Redden

2000, 141)

The University of Texas at Austin has a very machiavellian

advertising and marketing team to help boost profits; however, what they do is

based on lies and deception.  Dr. Bill Power's university website claims

that "The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement advances socially

just learning and working environments that foster a culture of excellence

through diverse people, ideas, and perspectives. We engage in dynamic

community-university partnerships designed to transform our lives."

This statement is a deceptive and misleading lie.  What I experienced was

continuous group think in all of my graduate level courses and in all areas of

the university experience.  The staff and faculty are highly trained to

manipulate and deceive the public.  The Gender and Sexuality Center

is a useless facade that does not promote GLBTQ welfare or tolerance. It is too

small, hidden away, too biased, and the minority students that frequent there

are often disgruntled and too selfish to really form any type of progressive

movement that creates positive change within our too conservative and bigoted

society.

As a minority I was criticized far more often than my peers in classrooms. This

public criticism was also a form of petty harassment in which embittered and

worthless professors instructed students to publicly criticize my work

redundantly and far more often than any other student.  This was done to

discredit me. It was not a learning experience. It was a damaging

experience.  White conservative students and some professors engaged in

continuous petty harassment and were permitted to get away with it. An example

of this included a professor by the name of Dr. Michael Mackert who shouted at

me "FIRE AWAY" during a serious discussion about

discrimination.  Michael Mackert is a clear advocate for violence.

When you shout at somebody to "FIRE AWAY" you are advocating for

campus violence.  It only takes one irrational person to take his violent

instructions seriously for incredible damage to take place to the public.

That also puts all other students at risk for danger when Dr. Bill Powers

permits and condones that behavior.  Virginia Tech and Columbine are

horrible and tragic experiences to learn from.  University faculty and

staff should in NO WAY engage in the petty harassment, discrimination (unfair

treatment), or negligence of any student.

They have a legal DUTY OF CARE which is a legal obligation to prevent or

stop malpractice, discrimination, harassment, violation of civil rights, etc.

The DUTY OF CARE obligation is also meant to help and provide action for all students.

The harassment, violation of my civil rights, and discrimination that I experienced was reported to the

worthless Dean Dr. Rodriguez in which she systematically covered up any wrong

doing by having a web page created for Dr. Michael Mackert that praised his

youthful looks and his hard work in giving student ideas to community

organizations so that the organizations could profit off of it. First off Michael Mackert is balding and appears old to me. I

thought he was in his early fifties. The other most important problem is that

he admitted to using the students ideas taken from group projects which are

intellectual property, for the benefit of organizations in the community.

That is NOT community service. That is a form of infringement on intellectual

property and it is nothing to be boastful about.  Infringement on

intellectual property is disgraceful, unethical, and is non-educational.

Another major problem is the hiring of unqualified, belligerent, and

incompetent females.  Dr. Soncia Lilly, Dr. LaToya Hill, Dr. Marla Craig,

Dr. Diana Damer, and Dr. Isabella Cunningham are all supervisors in their

departments yet they have virtually no leadership skills nor do they have an

observable commitment to ethics, the truth, or sensitivity.  They express

lip service and double speak like typical corrupt and duplicitous politicians

as they do their damage behind the scenes.  These sociopathic women are

incredibly uncivilized, ill mannered, corrupt, disgruntled, they have no

conscience, and they are very proficient liars. Dr. Bill Powers assumed that he

can hire women and racial minorities to convince the public that his top tier

university is caring and sensitive to diversity. It is also a facade that creates

the wrong perception that equal and fair opportunity exists at his

university.  Equal and fair opportunity does not exist at his

university.  I experienced inaction, passive aggressive rudeness, and uncooperativeness with Dr. Soncia

Lilly the worthless sell-out Dean Of Students.  I experienced outright

hatred, deception, manipulation, and bigotry from Dr. LaToya Hill.   I experienced sexual harassment and

malpractice from Dr. Marla Craig. She actually said to me in a sexually

harassing manner "I want to get a good look at you from behind" and

"Your eyes are so beautiful as she looked me up and down and attempted to

touch me in a provocative manner.  I experienced malpractice and

harassment with Dr. Diana Damer an embittered bigot that runs group counseling.

In my observations I've seen Dr. Cunningham behave in both a polished manner

but at a lot of other times she was belligerent, manipulative, angry, and

incompetent and her behavior reflects very poorly on her faculty that also behave

like fascist and two faced idiots.   These are two links to websites that are meant to educate the public on what sociopaths are like (they are often in a position of power and influence): (((Redacted)))

(((Redacted))) The University of Texas at Austin's "Top Tier"

ranking has nothing to do with quality or customer service. It has to do with

how much money the university receives in research grants and in

fundraising.  Any type of peer review rankings are incredibly biased and

are most likely manipulated.  The other type of worthless rankings are

done through marketing and advertising. Graduation rates are probably high because

the work rewarded there is primarily focused on repetition, group think, politics, and fascist teaching

methods.  That's right, it is fascist. If you oppose or criticize the university

or its faculty. They will find some way to get back at you or retaliate against

you.  One of those ways is through mobbing.(((Redacted)))

Mobbing behaviors can include "No help, promises are

made and not kept, no eye contact is made with you, contact is minimized or

avoided with you, you are ignored, gestures that signal humiliation, talking

behind your back, communication via email that should be discussed

face-to-face, having your work checked by someone unqualified to do so,

policies changed or not followed, mixed messages, you are made to look

inconsistent, you are set up, those supportive of you are discredited, an

environment of paranoia is created, giving you tasks that you have not been

adequately prepared to assume, and attacks on your private

life"(Davenport, Schwartz, and Elliott, 1999, 46-47).

Mobbing is meant to cause chaos and other problems in the academic place such as Prejudice, withholds information in order for you not to

complete your job, isolates you physically and socially, holds meetings about

your work without your presence, changes rules frequently, portrays the

victimized person as being at fault, engineered to discredit, confuse,

intimidate, and force the person into submission, and committed with the intent

to force the person out. (Davenport, Schwartz, and Elliott,   1999, 41-44).

The University of Texas at Austin also functions like a

cult.   Cults are authoritarian in

structure, cults appear to be innovative and exclusive, and cults tend to have

a double set of ethics.   Keep the person unaware

of what is going on and how she or he is being changed a step at a time.   Control the persons social environment.

Create a sense of powerlessness in the person. Manipulate a system of rewards,

punishments, and experiences in such a way as to inhibit behavior that reflects

the persons former social identity. Manipulate a system of rewards,

punishments, and experiences in order to promote learning of the groups ideology

or belief system.   Put forth a closed

system of logic and an authoritarian structure that PERMITS NO FEEDBACK and

refuses to be modified except by leadership approval or executive order.   (Singer 1995, 9, 64-68)

Staff, faculty, and student workers (snitches) are trained

in gaslighting. Gaslighting is a form of intimidation

or psychological abuse in which false information

is presented to the victim, making them doubt their own memory and perception .

The classic example of gaslighting is to change things in a person's

environment without their knowledge, and to explain that they "must be

imagining things" when they challenge these changes. (Wikipedia.org.2009) Any efforts for staff, students, or faculty to oppress your rights is a conspiracy against rights.  It is a 2007 federal law that prohibits the conspiring against civil rights.  It is a federal offense and a felony.  "TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any

person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise

or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of

the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;... They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; "(http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/crim/241fin.php)
