Complaint Review: Dr Jay Brodwyn | Brodwyn and Associates - Columbus Georgia

I, as numerous friends and relatives, have been treated by Brodwyn and Associates. All of these experiences have been nothing but positive.

In my opinion this complainants expectations were way beyond anything reasonable. Dr. Brodwyn has offered a full refund, therefore it would seem that no resolution to this issue would make them happy. With today’s overhead and the cost of malpractice insurance; it is without question that this particular service is provided at a loss and is underwritten by Brodwyn and Associates. 

I have on two occasions been a patient of Brodwyn and Associates, for two separate issues.  In both instances the results have been very positive. This practice is clearly well run. The wait times, if any, are minimal. The staff is extremely cordial, all the Physicians very competent and thorough, and the facilities are always immaculate.  I can, with great confidence, highly recommend this practice. Without question when it comes to Chiropractic Care in Columbus, Ga they are the best. Edwin Pound .   

He says "Finally we offer this type of practice to the armed forces to serve them since they give so much for us.  "

He obviously doesn't get how failing to follow the basic protocols of intake isn't a service to us, it is taking our futures in teh hand of a doctor without a clue of what's going on below the skin. People are getting seriously damaged by your practicing this method Dry Brodwyn.  No refund comes close to the problem of having long term physical pain because a chiropractor didn't do a proper intake before making adjustments. And yes, your 'professionals' do begin "POPPING" backs and in the case of my visit, I was told to "stop begin so dramatic".  

Offering a simple refund when you guys caused me legitimate pain, and then claiming that you are somehow helping us vets is just pathetically narcissistic. That you can't see this is beyond me. If the only way you can offer this service is to put soldiers and vets in physical jeopardy, there is an easy solution...

Don't offer the item that puts people's physical health in jeopardy... It's not rocket science.

I was somewhat over this until your response, and now, I am even more furious than when you hacks messed me up the first time. 

I am sorry you were not happy with your outcome at our Military office.  However since it is widely known it is only 19$, in all of our advertisemnet we say no appoints needed, walk in welcome no contracts and no x-rayss needed.  This is the only way we can offer this to the soldiers at this price.

As in all health care we can not help everyone, but we do try and have an amazing track record.  Many times after just one adjustment you may feel better but usually not.  It is a process to relieve pain and correct the cause of it.  Much like gettin PT you need a few to several adjustments.

We have helped over 4000 different people in that office and am truely sorry you feel you were not one of them.  We did not hide anything from you, it was advertised there are no x-rays and after your full consultation and examination you were not forced to lie on the treatment table. We did not just start popping and cracking your back.

Finally we offer this type of practice to the armed forces to serve them since they give so much for us.  You can see by the price this is not a business to make me rich, just keep the doors open and give back after my 33 years in practice.

Again as the owner, I apologize to you for this lack of communication and offer your a full refund if you so desire.
