I paid for Dr. Joe Rubino's Self Esteem program and the idiot didn't put the password to the pdfs in the confirmation emails. So I have his product but no way to access. Click bank (black hole) is no help and the guy who recommended him Song chengxiang is probably sitting on an island somewhere on the money he should be spending on some customer support. No response from anyone. These guys know better but they are so greedy for the money, they forgot to take care of the client. You think people would know better in todays times than to try to screw with people. Watch out for these amateur idiots.

All customers receive a password along with download links. This customer overlooked the password and was resent the password within 60 minutes of notifying our company. This satisfied him and resolved the misunderstanding. We take pride is honoring people and providing great customer service.
