Since you are the great and powerful doctors attorney perhaps you can tell us whether or not Mr. Branson is telling the truth. HAS the doctor attempted to collect on a debt Mr. Branson does not owe and HAS the doctor put a negative mark on Mr. Branson's credit in order to keep him from obtaining a loan? If so, then Mr. Branson is fully within his rights to report this matter and, if I were him, I would also report the great doctor to the AMA and the State Attorney General's office. Wouldn't hurt to cc all of it to his senators and congress. You will also find that Rip Off Report doesn't bow down to "attorneys" who have no solutions but only threats to throw around. Thanks Rip Off Report.

I am the attorney for Dr. Yango. Mr. Branson's report is false and defamatory and we are demanding that both the web site and Mr. Branson retract his comments immediately.
