Dr. Maria Cynthia Yango ripoff dishonest debt collection practices Buffalo Grove Illinois
The doctor contends that I owe for a medical bill on my daughter. However, ,my ex-wife owes this money. Our divorce states that I am responsible for keeping health insurance on my daughter. My ex is responsible for all other medical debts. I informed the agency of this and provided them with a copy of the papers showing that I am ony responsible for the health insurance, not any other debt. They insist that I am responsible. I have never signed any agreement with the physicians office stating that I will be financially responsible for this debt, all papers have been signed by my ex-wife. She doesn't have any money, however, so they are coming after me.
Now that I am trying to secure a mortgage for a new home they are refusing to remove this debt from my credit report even though they have no legal right to collect this money from me.
I will have to pay these people for a debt I don't owe just to get my mortgage. They know that I will pay to clear the debt, so they aren't interested in doing the right thing, just in getting their money.

Since you are the great and powerful doctors attorney perhaps you can tell us whether or not Mr. Branson is telling the truth. HAS the doctor attempted to collect on a debt Mr. Branson does not owe and HAS the doctor put a negative mark on Mr. Branson's credit in order to keep him from obtaining a loan? If so, then Mr. Branson is fully within his rights to report this matter and, if I were him, I would also report the great doctor to the AMA and the State Attorney General's office. Wouldn't hurt to cc all of it to his senators and congress. You will also find that Rip Off Report doesn't bow down to "attorneys" who have no solutions but only threats to throw around. I am the attorney for Dr. Yango. Mr. Branson's report is false and defamatory and we are demanding that both the web site and Mr. Branson retract his comments immediately.
