"Agencyscams.NET" is a fake website, the whole purpose of which is to discredit the long-time leader of the Russian anti-scam movement agencyscams.COM.

Anyone knowing the Russian dating industry knows the original agencyscams.COM and the owner Jim, who is a Canadian who used to live in Russia and this is where he set up his first website helping guys to catch Russian dating scammers, because it was easier for him having local knowledge. Jim is a real defender of consumer rights on the Internet and is working constantly on his website to warn the public.

Go to web.archive.org and search for both sites; you will see when the original Aagencyscams.COM started (June 2003) and when the fake Agencyscams.NET came around (4.5 years later in Dec. 2007).

The Web Archive (aka Way Back Machine) is a great research tool and you can find out many interesting things this way, and see how the website developed over the years.

Read the posts on this page and check the grammar: the fake Agencyscams.NET is ran by RUSSIANS, and all their posts have poor English grammar.

Jim from the legitimate agencyscams.COM is CANADIAN and his posts have proper English grammar.

Whilst nationality is not a guarantee of honesty, it proves Jim's point he is who he is and that the opposition (fake Agencyscams.NET) is lying and using a fake name "Andrew Smith" whist the posts are clearly made by a non-English speaker. Russians do not have such names, "Andrew Smith"!

The point is, Agencyscams.NET is a FAKE.

So, Jim here, of agencyscams.com. I have discovered that Andrew's name is Ilya. He is one of the owners of dream-marriage.com. When he talks about me suing agency owners, it is hard to say if he is stupid or just spewing BS from his mouth. I have never been scammed by an agency, so I cannot sue any agency. Only the paying clients of dream-marriage.com, who have all been scammed, can sue the agency. I will simply help organize it. When he talks about his business that I riuned, he is lying. dream-marriage.com makes about $1,000,000 a month in revenue. He told me old internet host that I was costing his company $1000,000 a month because his agency is on my Black List. I had to change the name because of internet law, so it is listed as dream-marriage-my.com. But all the facts and proof are for dream-marriage.com. Ilya can go ahead and make his posts about me....he has no proof that I do anything bad and everything else is crazy BS that makes no sense. He actually helps me prove my point by making his posts. People, the reason why Mr. Jim doesn't want to sue any agency or any individual is because he is scam, who has fake ID and does online defamation crime. Can imagine yourself to be in the position when somebody is destroying your reputation like Mr. Jim? All you basically said was that this is a scam. I have heard about one that is supposed to be young, beautiful, brilliant, sexy Russian and Eastern European women and you are supposed to be able to look at online photos and select the one you want and then exchange e-mails, then you are encouarged to send gifts and then go to Russia to meet her but something always comes up and then they try to make you pay for her exit visa, etc. &etc. Or some variation. You might even get a few calls from someone who is supposed to be her but you can't trace the call and find out where she called from. What did they do to YOU, specifically ---HOW did they rip you off? IS this a human trafficking scam or what? A LOT of these scams are run by the Russian Mafia --THAT'S NOTHING NEW. How did it work? What happened to YOU? HOW were you ripped off? Remember, people are at their most vulnerable when it comes to love and romance and trying to get more money.
