 I ordered dermasoft and purecell from the Internet on the 17 Jan. 2017. They charged me 89.95 a piece for both products on 1 Feb, 2017. When I called them to cancel they informed me that I didn't call back in the appropriate time frame. And the charges would not change without a refund. I explained that I haven't used the products and that one of the boxes had not been opened. I stated that I would send the product back to get my refund. The rep stated that they would not except returned items and that the charges stayed. The rep offered me a 50% reduction on the product if I keep the subscription. I told her no! She told me that all she would do was 30%.

I argued that I haven't even used the product. She insisted that she didn't care. The product was delivered and that they would not receive the product back. So I was charged 60.00 for each product that I dint even use. This company is fraudulent to their customers because on line it states a 16 day trial but on the 14 day they charge you the full amount and will also throw your account into overdraft as they did my account without warning. They were rude nasty, and almost disrespectful. Please put out to the consumers to not order these products. Because if you order one you get both even though you say no to the second product. I am so angry.
