 I ordered a petticoat from DresSale hoping that it would be delivered in time for Halloween. When a representative told me I would not receive the item until Nov. 1st I decided to find one that would arrive sooner and to cancel the order through DresSale. Their website told me to Login, go to My Orders and submit a ticket to speak with a representative about cancelling. This is the ensuing conversation from the "Ticket". The following conversation is through their on-line Chat. The final conversation is through "Customer Service".

I'm sorry, it was my fault for not knowing how long it would take to ship before I placed the order. I have found another skirt that will get here in time. Please cancel my order and refund my money. I will still keep your establishment in mind for future purchases.

That is not acceptable, I told your representative LAST night, not 4 hours after I made the order that I wanted the order Canceled. I should not be subjected to your fees as I have had to tell your company three times to cancel the order and refund my money. No charge should be applied.

I have taken this matter to my bank. Your company will not be receiving money from me EVER. Wear your goods yourself, I will be notifying everyone I can agaisnt purchasing from this company, you have no customer service.

Me: I made an order yesterday for a hoop skirt. I was told it would not get here by the time I need it, so I asked to cancel the order. I have since had to request the order be canceled 4 times. I just received an email from Flora telling me that I would be subjected to charges for the item I ordered. That is not acceptable. I contacted your staff about canceling the order the same day I placed said order and it is posted on your site that no fees would be applied if that order was canceled within 24 hrs.

I have canceled order #137048, with no reply. I will now be taking this transaction to my bank to get my money back. Your customer service has sent me in circles for two days and I am fed up with your inability to serve your customers. I will not be dealing with your company ever again. I am posting ALL my correspondence online for other people to be aware of your scamming.

we paid once you committed to buying.
 We did not earn a cent from you,

so we also don't have the duty to pay for the handing charge for you.
