DRI*BROMALITE, FitFactory Difficulty cancelling order Riverton Utah
My Wife ordered this product and cancelled the order on day 6 of the 14 day trial period. We have received and returned 2 shipments. Yet still, we've been charged $69.95 x 2 and $19.95 from Fit Factory even though she cancelled on day 6 as well of their 15 day trial.
Customer support is non existant and consists of looping messages. We are yet to speak with a "real" person. Beware!
