Drive Financial aka First City Funding Corp Illegal harassment abused & mistreated Dallas Texas
I have been with this company for over about 2 years now, and i have been late before. But these people call and harrass you all day and night, they leave harrasing messages at my home, and my job. When they first started calling me at work i would know it was them because the number would come up unknown, so i would let it go to voicemail, and they would leave the most harrassing messages. They have come so far as to threaten my co-workers, and playing like they are someone else and really it is them trying to figure out if i am at work are not. This has been going on for the past year and im sick of it.
They ask my co-workers questions about me, are tell them to leave messages for me about my account being past due and them needing a payment that day.My boss has went so far as to tell them that they can no longer call me at work even though i had already instruced them that they could not call me at my job any longer. They have told me i would be riding the bus home if i didnt send a payment by the date, and if even up until yesterday they called me three times.
I'm going to take this to an attorney and see how i can get this solved one way are another. They have ridiculous interest rates, and they dont give a d**n about there customers. They hound you about doing quick collect payments and sending checks electronically but still charge you ironious fees. Im feed up and someone needs to join in with me about this they cannot go on treating people the way they do.
