Just for some added help, since I am not sure the rules or laws of your state, I can suggest this, because my sister is in suite with Drive as we speak. They wrote to her in the begining and told her that her contract she had was unexceptable, but when then finally got done with her, and took her to court, they were holding her to that contract. So might I sugest this, put in writing to Joshua Miller, Office of the President there at Drive Finanical Services LP in Dallas Texas, and ask him to send to you the contract to which they will hold you to as the obiligator, and to the contract they hold themselves to you in this contract deal. You might get a surprise....
