Drive Financial is stating they havent received payments. My company has sent $125 per week beginning with Oct.17th, 2008 ...last payment of 125 was sent on Jan 30th 2009..Thats 16 check...My bank receives 2 back and I received 2 back in the mail...So that leaves 12 checks just...missing...Drive wants us to spend $35.00 per check to put a stop payment on them plus pay late fees plus over night them more payment.. we had the Post Offices investigate. They didnt find any mail from drive in four months...

Then just today I called to make a payment over the phone and they stated I requested a deferment on 2 of my payment. This van was bought on June 1,2008 ...I have received 1 (one) statement to date. Drive Financial is making a killing off "loosing" payments"..."deferring payment" without permission...All of these thing that just keep happening are for Drive Financials benefit, They are charging 23.99%...on the balance. Because Texas Attorney General has not responded yet, As a consumer we can only put up with what they say and do
