Drive Financial I want to join in the class action law suite Dallas Texas
I have been harrased by Drive Financial every day since I took out the loan, they call me weather I have sent a payment or not, at least 5 times a day. They also call everyone in my family and harrass them. They are rude, and lie about what you owe and what is paid. I am writing this in hopes to get in on the law suit. I had a attorney call the custmer service agent told him to not call anymore that the could do what they pleased and they were backed by the law to do what it takes to handle the matter . They called my friend at work whos work number Was Not on the referance sheet they did not say who was calling but told them it was a family emergency that I need to call them they did leave a number and extion That was so wrong I want in on the law suite
