We bought a 2003 Mustang GT from DriveTime auto on 09/15/2008. The car has been in and out of the shop 3times. Finally Drivetimes warranty Department let us take the car to Ford for diagnostics. We took it to them they stated that the car was basically a lemon. The transmission needs to be rebuilt. the hoses were leaking and need to be replacesd alighnment was off the gas cap that ws replaced by the company that was Drivetimes service vendor was the wrong one and needed to be replaced. And this is the same company that they want us to send the car back to to fix the transmission in the fisrt place. I have talked to Julia at Drivetimes warrenty department ,I have also taked to Angela Grueveski the warrenty manager and they cannot get it that why would we repair it from the same service place that didn't repair it in the first place. So after much haggling and fussing regarding this car. I have received the name of the companies President and will be writing himand o I am requesting the monies already put in the vehicle. DriveTimes cars are Lemons.
