June 18th 2016 I purchased my vehicle with DriveTime, it was a 2014 Ford Fiesta with 50,323. My vehicle makes this weird sounds a week after i purchase it Drivetime said its nothing. October 4, 2017 my vehicle would not start, transmission light came one, finally after 30mins it started up again. October 5, 2017 i called Averex which is my warrenty people and informed them that my car was doing some weird things and would not start last night, they gave me the near by locations and i went to Pepboys in Kingwood, TX. He ran a diagnostic test and nothing popped up code: 888888, nothing about my transmission nothing at all. It was weird so i left and didnt worry about it. Got my oil change as normal. November 3, 2017 my car tire pressure light comes on , i take it to discount tires and put air in it. Head to my friend house and hang out for about 30mins. Come back to my vehicle get in and drive off , right side of my vehicle starts smoking, I get out and im a woman, i dont really know about cars so i get out confused, pop the hood and look. (the thing that looks like a jug, possibly radiator area) starts over flowing with liquids. I nice gentlemen comes over and tell me that i need to put water in there and let it run and get to the nearest auto repair, in the process of my driving to a repair place my car shuts off while i am in drive, will not move anything, so a guy who works at tripple A offered to tow me to the nearest gas station. I do not have towing insurance, i am in a panic because i am not sure what to do. I call Averex to ask for the nearest auto shop , which would be meineke auto shop Staffod,TX let me mind you i was visiting a friend , I live in Humble,TX. So the guy from Tripple A offered to tow me to that shop for a small fee, so i allowed it to happen and i got to the shop paid the tow guy and checked in for my vehicle, did all my paper work. Had to leave my vehicle and be picked up by a family member.

Saturday November 4, 2017 A guy from Meineke calls and tell me that from the looks of it i need a engine replacement, my whole motor is no good and need to be replaced, i said wow okay, he put in a claim to Averex. Monday Nov 6th claim was approved. They ordered the parts and they arrived 9th or the 10th. Meineke gave me the run arounds about the time my vehicle would be finished i did not get my vehicle back until Nov 29th 2017. Once i got my car back i noticed alot of rocking with the engine. Here we are December 11th i leave out for work and my vehicle will not start, i had to get a jump start so me thinking okay its my battery. I take it to Autozone for them to test the battery..... He said it said "good battery" so what in the heck he did a diagnostic test code: NO CODE literly nothing at all. I showed him my paper work from the previous repair it seem that  they REPLACED the Engine on paper but the cost did not add up. A messaged popped up on my screen in my car "Transmission Fault Service Now" if you replaced the whole engine thats almost like a brand new car, the guy informed me that something looks fishy about  that. So he told me to call my Insurance to confirm they replaced the whole engine.

I called they said it was replaced i informed them the problems, they said the whole engine was replaced and the radiator and etc. so i informed them about the Transmission message, she said if its a new problem a new claim needs to be made but take it back the repair shop that serviced it. okay 12/12/2017 my vehicle acts as if it dont want to start, Transmission light comes on, Engine light comes on SERVICE NOW complete bull. I am pissed i dont know what to do. even as i tried to trade in before the car has messed up my value is extremly low. Drive time got over on me the car is $13, 395 - Financed at $17,922 in total i would be paying back $25,161  Note is $430 a month $216.62 every two weeks. You do the math, that was a bull and they all giving me a hard time about my vehicle they dont even have loaner cars which is a bunch of bull. I have automatic payments set , never been late and this is how i am treated i cant wait to get rid of this vehicle. I need some cooperation from all parties, I pay to much for this. I have a total of 75,560 miles on my car.

Cooperation?

What cooperation are you looking for, because based on what you wrote everyone is doing EXACTLY what they are required to do.

You bought a 2-3 year old car with 50,000 miles and it lasted just about 1.5 years and 25,000 miles before you had a major issue. That does not make it a Lemon, that makes it a USED CAR.

The price you paid, the interest rate, your payments are all irrevelvent and nothing more than a case of buyer's remorse. As if any of that was a concern the time to make that an issue was BEFORE you bought the car. The fact that they don't provide rental cars is also irrevelvent as again if that was an issue you should have brought that up when you bought the car.

The fact you have no towing insurance is again not an issue with the finacning or any part of the purchase. That is your decision to not have something

like AAA. There is nothing in the legal agreement you signed that gave you a "gold star" for making your payments as that is what you are supposed to do, and you are supposed to do it regardless of any repairs that were needed.

It appears that your warranty company covered the engine repairs and now you have a transmission repair that needs to be done. Inconvienient..yes but not a RipOff.  By the way just about every car loses value and depending on how much you put down and the length of your loan you will be negative for most of the loan.
