Mr Employee Insider, First, Whats really sad is how you just keep on piling on the lies, speculation, and theories because someone exposed your dealer for who you really are. Second, If you knew how well things were getting done that were "REQUIRED" by all your salespeople, then you would know that your DMS (dealer management system) was not getting done 100% of the time, and when it was getting done, it was probably only being logged for the best results. The theory of me being all 3 people is completely wrong, your so called general salesmanager has made more people mad then just me. There are a lot more people that hate your dealership, then just us 3 people. There are people I talk to weekly that say they got shafted there at one time or another. I guess thats what happens when the ship is sinking, damage control, lies, theories, speculation anything they can do to try and cover up the exposure...

As will all Dealerships, we use a DMS (Dealer Management System) in which we are required to log all emails, phone calls, leads or show room ups. It is not possible to get this far with as customer and not have any record of this on our DMS which there is none. Also not one of our sales people ever remember this situation or ever heard of Mr Feldman. Nor is there a Mr. Feldman listed in the Butler phone book. I would bet if this site traced the ip address of Mr. Feldman, the fake salesman and Roy they would be the same ip address. Again, its sad a digruntled employee and make different user id's and come on here and lie.

There should be no doubt now, This goes to show you that the dealer knew that Mr Fredman existed and also knew of his situation. Just lies, lies, and more lies...

Joe called me. I am a sales person at another (reputable) dealer. We did get him a loan and a car. He told me his problems over there and I just cannot believe the way he was treated. Now I understand why Gm is taking their franchise away. Again thanks Joe

I am only warning consumers of the sales tactics that I seen occur, and other things I seen happen while working at the dealer

This is a fake claim and none of this ever happened. There is no Joe Fredman who has ever been in our dealership or lives in Butler. This is an employee using an alias who was let go and has a personal issue with Mr. Drysdale. Its unfortunate that anyone can come on here and make up what ever they like and personally attack people or business that runs an honest business known for high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This report is a fraud!!!

It should come as no suprise to anyone that salesman are just that they are salesman who will do anything to get you in the door and then pour on the SCAM artist tactics. They have one of the biggest self promoting SCAM artists in place at the Butler store as their General Sales Manager. I seen it happen several times while I worked there, overpriced vehicles, vehicles sold that had no inspections, broken vehicles sold, deception, dishonesty, the old bait and switch, selling people stuff for the vehicle it did not need, warranties, undercoating, paint protections, etc, etc. Or the bashing, trash talking, backstabbing, standing around and laughing about how hard they just stuck it to someone or just basically calling customers pieces of s**t because their credit score was too low or didnt have enough money to put down. Your right it is too bad that they are dishonest, and deceptive in their business practices, but thats what dirty, slimy SNAKES do...
