DTopp LLC Guarantees their services but ignores all refund requests Wilmington North Carolina
The very first thing I should have noticed as a red flag is that Dtopp only accepts payments by check or direct bank transfer. This is so that they are not liable to credit card, debit card and digital money transfer companies like PayPal withdrawing funds because of a fraud complaint.
Dtopp writes in several places on its website that it guarantees it can get reviews removed and web content suppressed or its free ( your money back) yet I have been requesting refunds for over $2500 worth of requests and they have ignored, played stupid (we didnt get that request) or even made promises that my requests were being escalated but have done nothing.
Finally, they just stopped responding.
This company is run by a scam artist and it is nothing more than a fraudulent way to make money over the internet.
DO NOT USE DTOPP!!!!
