The cheaters at Hilli-Dunlap mystery shopping owe me money for four shops in Salinas California. I have tried to contact the owner, the agent, the accountant, all to no avail. I have now begun to contact their clients to let them know of their dishonest practices. You can also contact the California Board of Corporations.
