Complaint Review: Dunlevy & Braddstreet Inc. - Sunrise Florida

DUNLEVY & BRADDSSTREET is owned by April McColllum and Laurence H. King.  April has an extensive felony record – her primary preference of crime is identity theft.  She has altered documents, adding her name, to represent herself as a “Paralegal”.  According to the Florida Bar Association,  in Florida, she was never certified or licensed.  The National Bar Association has no record of her as well.  We believe it is safe to presume   April Mc Collum was once a legal secretary.  Ms. McCollum is currently under investigation by the Florida Bar Association,  Unlicensed  Practice of Law (UPL) Division .

Laurence H. King has a pending indictment  in the state of Georgia.  He goes by a variety of names, (aliases), because he is a fleeing felon.

Katie Messier, who works with DUNLEVY & BRADDSTREET, INC.  is a self-pronounced drug dealer.  She has stated,  in front of at least 3 witnesses, that she can get “anything you want”.  Very  professional.

THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE THE OWNERS/DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEE(S)  OF DUNLEVY & BRADDSTREET, INC..

They have flooded the internet with false accusations against Dunhill & Bradley, Inc. to slander and defame our reputation.  They recently filed an additional FAKE complaint on Rip-off Report CLAIMING TO BE RSK TRANSPORT.  It doesn’t take a genius to see that they are illiterate. 

DUNLEVY & BRADDSTREET, INC. are presently doing business out of a residence (Laurence King’s)  at 3611 N.W.  119^TH Avenue, Sunrise, Florida.  The City of Sunrise is aware they are illegally operating a collection agency  from that residence and are attempting to obtain evidence to prosecute them.  The County of Broward is also investigating t heir illegal activities, which include the SALE OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS  from the Sunrise home.  The local police are also  aware of the illegal activities at Mr. King’s Sunrise address. 

In addition, the Deptartment of Agriculture,  has had DINLEVY & BRADDSTREET under investigation for months.  The Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) which regulates collection agencies also has Dunlevy & Braddstreet under investigation, as they are operating illegally with all of the above state, county and city agencies.         

Since DUNLEVY & BRADDSTREET has chosen to flood the internet with false accusations, let’s get specific about Ms. McCollum’s criminal record.  In 2012, she was charged with Organized Fraud in Palm Beach County, Florida; she has multiple drug possessions dating back to 2008 in several states.  THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARGE TO BE NOTED IS CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATION –(Identity Theft),  FELONY- THIRD DEGREE,  (Broward Sheriff’s Office-Oakland Park, Florida)  She previously resided in Ohio, where she racked up drug charges,  petit theft charges and FALSIFICATION WITH PURPOSE TO SECURE PAYMENT  OF UNEMPLOYMENT (felony).

SHE HAS DEFAMED AND SLANDERED DUNHILL & BRADLEY, INC., but she did not hesitate to rob our offices.  She came in the early hours on a Sunday morning, with her employees, stole computer hardware, all  personnel records (no doubt to use for more identity theft), fax machines….I could go on forever.
