So called mechanic was paid (prior)to services being completed. Had my car for three and a half months to remove the transmission which " he said " was bad. And install the refurbished one. He did remove the original transmission, he did take $760, my sub and amp, some random personal belogings, and partsoff of my other car that I had in line to get repairs after he was finished with the first.

I eventually had to show up unannnounced with tow truck and man Power to reclaim my vehicles as he made a point to not be there when we set a time, or only returned calls when he knew I would not be able to answer. I still have yet to see a receipt for any of the parts he claims to have bought, and was just informed by new mechanic that the"refurbished transmission " he had purchased with $400 of my $810paymenttohim was sadly just my original transmission pulled out and with a couple letters spray painted across it to appear as if it was from  a junk ard.

To add insult to injury he is claimimg that I still owe him money for him allowing ( His Wife) loaning me one of her cars while he worked on mine as he was taking longer than expected, and for storage fees for 3 months .....

Avoid this lying scum bag/tweaker at all costs.

I can not believe how much further from the truth this report is and how much it even contradicts itself so anyone reading it with half a brain should realize how completely ridiculous it is. It states that this person paid $760 and then goes on to say she paid $810. So which is it?

I know for a fact that this report is untrue because I am the wife, who supposively loaned a car out to this person. Dustin was the one to loan this woman our vehicle while he was working on her two cars because he is a good person. Do you know anyone, even a friend, that would have loaned their vehicle out to you while they were working on your car? That right there should tell you something in Dustin's character, values and morals. He felt so bad for this person because both of their vehicles broke down at the same time that he wanted to help them out. If this person would have taken their vehicles anywhere else she would have been out of a vehicle completely and would have either had to rely on the kindness of others for rides or had to pay for a rental car.

Moving on to the vehicles, one had a bad transmission which we know this because Dustin has had years of experience working on cars and because this person had a mechanic from a shop come to her home and look at the vehicle, which told her that the transmission was bad. So the comment about just going off of what Dustin said and that she wasn't really sure if that is what was wrong with it is completly bogus. The other vehicle needed a new engine because there was a hole in the block where it had thrown a rod. Also I ask, what shop would take on these major projects for $760? Yes, she wanted a reasonable rate but you have got to be kidding me! Anybody else would have laughed in her face for her even thinking they would accept that low dollar amount.

Dustin pulled the transmission, which I might add if you the reader does not know, is a huge task that took days. The transmission that yes, was to be picked up for $400 did not work out and so aggrement came to just rebuild the transmission which would have been about $3000 at a shop. Dustin worked some more on the vehicle but when time came to needing more money (fixed income working practically for free), she would not answer her phone. Numerous calls made by both Dustin and I and only texts back from her occasionally saying she would call but then never would. So here we are, two broken down vehicles on our property and her with our nice running vehicle. Does this make sense? Nobody else would have even touched her vehicles for that price, let alone also loan out a car to her.

Finally we were able to get our vehicle back but at a great cost. We found out the reason she had not been responding was because she wrecked our car and didn't want us to know. The car, once running well and in great condition was given back to us with cigarette holes in the upholstery, trim missing on the outside, a bad shimmy and way too much oil had been added to it which can be just as bad as too little.

The things "missing" out of her vehicles were at our home, they were taken out and put into our garage for safe keeping. Again, left multiple messages on her phone to arrange a time to pick them up but she refused to answer her phone yet again and had her boyfriend call us to pick them up. However, he never came.

Also, I may add this, thinking this should be professional, the report was the complete opposite; resorting to name calling, like 'tweeker.' If you really believed that, would you have trusted him with your vehicles to begin with?

This report is absurd and Dustin has multiple references that can vouch for the outstanding work that he does. Many people do not trust anyone else to work on their vehicles, he is a great mechanic.
