April 11th, 2016 I contracted Dustin L Stanford of Treasure Coast Customs, LLC in Port St Lucie, Florida to do a recondition of my 1989 Boston Whaler boat. Initially verbally we agreed to a May 15th completion date. Only approximately 10% of the work contracted had been started. We agreed that I could keep my boat project moving forward by ME working on my boat with my tools in his workshop, most always without his supervision. We then came to a written completion date of June 30th. Dustin Stanford of Treasure Coast Customs, llc continues to work on other boats. I still kept working on my Whaler in an attempt to keep my project moving forward. Still no hours spent on my boat recondition. Then a final written extention was given to July 30th. Still No Work Performed! I pulled my Whaler Boat from being held hostage by TCC Customs. I requested a face to face meeting to discuss lack of performance and breech under contract, along with adjustment of advanced money paid. Instead Dustin Stanford was a twice No Show and no return calls. August I filed a written complaint with Better Business Bureau of SE Florida. With no resolve BBB suggested I contact US Attorney General office in Tampa; I did. This is now under advisory for actions. October I went forward with a small claims civil law suit filed in Saint Lucie County with a hearing date of November 14th, 2016.

On February 27th 2017 the matter of Bicknell versus Treasure Coast Customs came to trial by judge in St Lucie Co, Fl. Judgement was in favor of the defendant and $0 awarded to Plaintiff.

After attempts for client to resolve unsuccessfully this matter with Dustin Stanford of Treasure Coast Customs iic in Port St Lucie, Florida, Client filed law suit against TCC and court date for trial set for February 27, 2017. Update will follow after conclusion.
