Dutch Glow DBA as SAS Group Bought several Products. Returned the same for Refund. Still have not received Refund RIPPED off for my hard eared money! Wallingford CT 06494
In late September or early October of 2014 my Fionce' ordered several items from Dutch Glow. A total cost was provided and accepted by Her. She paid using the "PayPal" option only to find that the charges were not the same as she had agreed to. She then tried to STOP the order but Dutch Glow insisted that it had already been processed and was enroute. She was given a "Return Merchandise Number" and returned the items in the "unopened box" that the products arrived in. A Confirmation e-mail was sent confirming that dutch Glow had indeed received the returned items and that a Refund would be processed. This is now late December, we have contacted the company SEVERAL Times and still have not received the refund of $38.80.
Contacted, they said that a refund had beed initiated but that it could not be completed due to inexperience with PayPal. Well, wouldn't a person expect a Company doing Business with a Payment Collecting Company expect that they would be able to figure somethiong like that out as Hundreds of Thousands other People have done?
In Conclusion: We really wanted to try thier products given the relationship to the Amish People who are well known for their oustang products, but not any more.
