DVDCraze.tv charged my credit card immediately after my order was placed. After not receiving any email confirmation of the order I began to try to contact them only to get a recording that never transfers you to a person. The website says you can chat with them on line and you do not get a person there either. Two months after not hearing anything from them they started emailing me that my order was on back order and my card has not been charged for it yet. Yes it was! And in the email they give a phone number that only rings once when you call then disconnects. There is even a link that says click here to cancel your order but it just takes you to a blank page and does nothing.
I finally call my bank to have them dispute the charge to get my money back but they wont past 60 days. How convenient of the website to start sending fake backorder emails after 60 days. And how are they still in business?

Just an update that it is now August 2008 and I attempted to purchase those DVD's back in December 2007 as a Christmas present. I just wanted to post the last correspondence email I received from this website on February 14, 2008. They actually sent me this exact email 4 times in February again stating that they had not yet charged my card which was already charged by them in January! And the link to cancel and customer service numbers were all a scam. I'm hoping to warn as many consumers as possible to stay away from all those sites I listed above so they are not scammed out of over $100 like I was.
