Dynamic Financial contacted me, by phone, on May 14, 2008. They told me that they could help to reduce my credit card debt. They told me that they could bring all my credit cards intrest rates down to 8%, which of coarse would be wonderful. They charged me $990.00 which would have been a bargin, if they had done what they said they would. I made a recorded contract with them stating that they would get all of my credit card intrest rates down to 8% and they would work on this with my credit card companys until it was done, no matter how long it took. I was supposed to be able to review my contract, just by calling them, anytime I wanted....

They charged me the $990.00 on a credit card, and set up an appointment for me to speak to my personal representative. My representative called me on time and we spoke to my credit card companies together. She was able to get one credit card down to 10%. She was supposed to call me back and we set the date to continue to work on the credit card companies.

Well no call on the day she was supposed to call, surprise, surprise! So I called them, well my rep. had gotten a promotion, good for her, and I was given a new personal rep. and a date for him to call me was set. Well no call. I called them and they set up another date for him to call, and no call again. I tried calling them back and kept getting a recording giving me their business hours. I was calling within their business hours but I kept getting the recording!! This went on for a month.

I finally contacted my credit card company to despute the charge. Because my contract was recorded and I had no written agreement, they couldn't help me.

I am unable to contact Dynamic Financial and I am just out the $990.00. My credit card intrest rates are still the same and one card has and additional $990.00 on it. So, where do I turn?? Do not trust this company if they contact you, because they are here just to make themselves money, not to hold up their end of the contract!

Crystal from San Diego is merely a the scum sucking employee for Dynamic Financial. Thank God for Karma! I would hate to be any part of that company! You would constantly have to sleep with one eye open.

I am a very happy customer of Dynamic Financial, They have honestly saved me over 12,000 dollars. I could not be more thrilled with their service... I paid 990.00 and it was worth every penny!!!
