This person will promise you but will not deliver. I have been waiting for parts for over four months for a car that was bought from joe. He will not call or talk to me just sends me lies that they are coming.
Anyone buying from this person or company beware to be ripped off.

Chapter 2 I asked joe for pictures of the car bought from him he said he would send them never did just another story. the reason i want the pictures so i can try to get a clear title the car he sold be was a insurance salvage he fixed it and sold it said there was clear title and warrenty ny dmv salvage title and mazda said car was branded and they will not touch it. joe knows more than they do and says they are all wrong all i can say is you deal with joe you will get a lot of stories and that is all. again use caution with Joe or anyone else you deal with get all th info you can before you put up your money. One more thing my $20,000 car will be worth about $10,000 at trade in I was wrong in trusting joe this will never happen again

Just to add to my last report on Joe every time I do something on this car there is more shabby work found please use caution dealing with these people. Now that he has seen the report on him he wants me to retrack it and be friends not going to happen. Buyer be ware caution
