Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This has been one event after another trying to get them to stop a on going leak. They rebuilt my transmission, it leaks from the dip stick, and some where under the convertor cover. They welded a dip stick to repair it so that it could work, after someone broke it doing the repair work, someone put dents in my condensor, which has been blowing poorly maybe because they did not have it completly refilled from damage.

I had just had a new one installed before it went to their shop. The transmission take a long time to shift gears while increasing speed. I have just had the dip stick replace to the transmission, which the Midas muffler shop repair man pointed out to me that could explain why I see smoke comming from under the car. It's losing fluid onto the pipes, which has dripping while they were installing my new exhaust system.

Each time I go in for them to check on the problem, they tell me that we have clean the area with brake fluide which will dry up any oil, and they just don't see any oil leak. Da! They keep cleaning tranmission oil off the tranmission to tell me they can't see the oil leak.

What a bunch of crap. My back alley machanic could do a better job then those trained professional, with no knowledge of what they're doing. Tired of going back a forth with them. I will for sure tell as mean people of my great misfortune. Local landscapers need to watch out for these guys.

The same thing happened to us in Mesquite, Tx that the condensor has been damaged after being in their repair shop on Galloway Ave. & it was brought to their attention right away & all they did was refer us to the rip-off Andrell Car Care in the same parking lot to get taken by them, too. It's amazing also that the answer is always that you did something wrong or that is the assumption & your timing & mileage is not to their specifics when you bring it back to them. Come on, you guys are just jokes for mechanics & should be selling used cars for a mom / pop place since all you do is feed people lines. I have already put the word out about them & will continue to do so. Seems like it is the same for all their repair shops as it is just not one locale listed on this site for the same types of issues.......

Eagle Transmission-Taking steps to rectify customer concerns

We would first like to say, that we are saddened and a little suprised by Edward's claims. We rebuilt Edward's transmission which included a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Edward brought his truck back to us 14,508 miles later with a small leak. After we inspected the vehicle it was determined the filler (dip stick) tube was leaking. We advised Edward of the problem and that we would repair it as well as replace the pan gasket and fluid at NO CHARGE, even though his warranty had expired. Edward did bring his truck back to us 3 months later for a possible leak. No leak was found at that time. As to the complaint about the condenser , this was never brought to our attention. We will always strive to exceed our customers expectations, our reputation is based on it and thrives on it as well. We take customer complaints very serious here at Eagle Transmission, and at this time have contacted Edward to discuss his complaint and are in the process to rectify his concerns.
