East Hills Chrysler Jeep ripoff thieves and scam artists Greenvale New York
Purchased my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 10/04 hoping to enjoy a new vehicle. Vehicle was delivered damaged, with damage to paint on the hood, cigarette burns to sunroof shade, scratches on hood and side of vehicle, car filthy - not detailed properly, alarm system improperly installed - still to this day is not fixed. Now molding around windshield is lifting up.... I wish I could trade this car in. I am unfortuantely tied into this lease for 36 months. I will never ever buy an American vehicle again. I was a previous Toyota and Honda owner and I will take a highlander over a Jeep Grand Cherokee any day... Its more reliable and trouble free.
Please beware of EAST HILLS CHRYSLER JEEP. The service department does not return phone calls. I had my car in for a whole day - NOT ONE PHONE CALL ON THE STATUS OF MY CAR !!! The only thing they care about is their "survey" telling customer's to please fill it out all excellent. My car has been in the shop for 10 days out of the first 45 days I have owned it...
Do not buy a car from this dealership - they promise the world and give you crap in return. This dealer is supposedly a 5 star dealership..... I would not even give it a half a star.
