Eastern Cathay The owner stole my money I had to file a Police report because she was so irrrate when I went back to collect the money Portland, Oregon
I called in a order for Shrimp, when I got to the resturant my husband and I order more food. I went to pay her with a 50 dollar bill she ask me if I had fifty cents in the mean time my husband came in and I turned my head to speak to him about dining inside she forgot to collect my change. We sat down to eat she wouldn't come and ask if we needed something to drink. She didn't give us a receipt or fortune cookie. To make a long story short I went back to collect the money they said she left the other waitress ask what I ordered and was trying to find the receipt my reciept was not in the pile it was set to the side so I left my number for the Owner to call me. She failed to call I went back the next day When she saw me she started yelling that was yesterday. I said to her you have a camera just review the camera she was so irrate that the Bartender was appologizing to us. I left filed a Police report. I will never go there again.
