EasyPetStore.com, Horseloverz.com Very low shipping, poor customer service Hazelton Pennsylvania
I ordered Mega Tek products from EasyPetStore.com. Three days later I received an email (from another site, Horseloverz.com) stating the order had shipped along with a tracking number for USPS. Ten days after that I called Horseloverz.com to find out where my order was, since USPS still had no tracking # in the system. They said that liquid products sometimes could take 2 - 3 weeks to ship. Also there was no way to track the order because sometimes the post office does not list any tracking information until the order arrives at the location. Well it is now 12 days later, their customer service message says no one is available to speak to me, their online chat is OFFline, and the USPS site still says they are waiting to receive the shipment from them.
I have already contacted my credit card company to cancel this charge, will refuse shipment IF it ever arrives and NEVER deal with this company again. Next time I'll do a little more research before I order from an unknown online website.
EasyPetStore.com and Horseloverz.com are the same company and there are several complaints online about both of them online. BUYER BEWARE!
