Mr. Wireless is an ebay Cell-Phone store. We purchased a phone from the store in February which, as it turns out, did not work in the United States. The company replaced the phone with a "new" phone. The exchange process took over 1 month. The new phone did not work. There was a "boot loader" error message on the phone. Each time I called the company told me that they would send me something new whether it was a battery or a charger that would resolve the problem. The items all took 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. Needless to say, the 90 warranty period passed the company is now telling me that I have to pay them to fix the phone as it is no longer under warranty. I tried to explain to them that the dispute has been ongoing since day one but that argument fell on death ears. I brought the phone to a local repair person who told me that the operating system has been tampered with and he isn't sure that he could repair it. He said the the "new" phone was not new and had been manipulated to be used as an AT & T compatible phone. The long and the short of it is that Mr. Wireless is a fraudent company who will not be in business long. I doubt that I will recoup my losses but I would like to be sure that others do not fall victim to such unethical business practices. Beware of Mr. Wireless!

Wireless Store ripped me off too

Bought a new phone Nokia 7360 on wireless store USA for $95. It came new, nice box, however the speaker phone does not have any volume, the phone does not ring when getting phone calls. So how can I use the phone for emergency? Then I slammed the phone on the sofa, that's the miracle part, the phone started ringing and the speaker phone function came back.

But for another few times the phone did not work properly like before. So I am guessing the circuitry is loose inside. So i called for a RMA which was smooth and I paid $9.50 to return the phone. The girl from RMA called back saying the phone is completely working, which may be the case because I am not sure which phone she was testing.

Anyway, I asked for a returned phone, they were asking for $6.99, which is OK. Now I am waiting to get my brand new replaced phone. Will let you guys know what's happening.

I actually searched their phone #: 818-765-4555 to learn their story. It's amazing these people are still in business.
