My vehicle was in immaculate condition. I merely needed an oil change. First told this, then that, being billed in increments of $1,000 here and $2,000 until finally, after paying $5,000 for so-called “repairs” on my 1990 Honda, I was informed I had a cracked radiator! "What happened" I asked. The vehicle did not even appear to be mine! My family’s long-time friend and mechanic, Patrick Garahan, merely responded, “These things happen.”
At first the Police Dept. and Dept. of Motor Vehicles would not help me have this investigated. Finally, CHP investigated the vehicle – verified VIN altering, just as I said. Upon reporting the verified VIN altering to Fresno Police Dept. an officer came out and STILL refused to write a report. Because this ties into the group behind the City of Fresno’s 60-yr water scam – annihilations / takeovers.
Patrick Garahan is linked to my reports of poisoning, rape, burglary, legal fraud, insurance fraud, real estate fraud. Annihilation / takeovers behind the City of Fresno’s 60-yr water scam. My family and neighbors left dead, properties taken by fraud, illegal distribution of assets. It was not intended I would still be alive either – the dead do not expose them.

I kept looking at this VIN altering verification by CHP – not only the print appearing altered but not mentioning the windshield, which it initially did. Trying to figure out what it meant about a MISSING VIN plate?!? It wasn't missing - it was held down with Phillips screws – impossible to accomplish without removal of the windshield and dash!
I paid $5,000 for so-called “repairs” on this vehicle (purchased from local Honda dealership), which did not even run another 100 miles – it had been switched with trash. Not even the ignition key was the same - all 5 keys (on ring with ProLock inserts) were stolen – I was left with only 1 set for this vehicle, the top portion of the insert broken (which none of mine were.)
I still have the vehicle – kept it as evidence of what was done to it. So many times people have come to my door asking to buy it – I ask how they even knew it was back there. Neighbors (involved in the annihilation / takeovers) repeatedly suggesting I get rid of the “trash” vehicle. After all these years, I just realized the VIN altering verification had been altered – then looked through the windshield of this vehicle – the VIN plate has been REMOVED to match the bullshit on the altered paperwork!
