This has got to be one of the worst disasters....and still going, ever introduced to the internet.
The software is ok but the format has been left behind years ago due to other inovations.
Don't waste your money....
the customer service is rotten....
the company changes pollicies, mid-stream, no warning...while the customers are left with no choice...
not unlike being unable to awaken from bad nightmare...
