Dishnetwork took payment on April 3rd but the payment was refused because of multiple transactions and a problem with their bank. I mailed them a check on APril 14th because they were threatening to discontinue my service. They said it would take 7-10 days for my check to clear. They assured me that my service would not be dfiscontinued. Yesterday, April 21, my service was discontinued because they did not post the check yet and demanded more money yesterday. I was told that I must pay an additional $171.00 plus the original $281.00 I sent them that did not post yet. I told them I wanted my account credited for their error.

They told me NO!!! I have no rights as a consumers.
