I made the unfortunate mistake of trying Mr. Colton Randolph's 10 Day Trial and after the second day I decided this wasn't for me. I wish I had done my research into this young man prior to trying this "Program" of his. I have politely but frequently tried to contact him through his [email protected] with no success. I've sent him private messages through his Face book account with no luck. I've replied to him everyday and have even kept all my correspondence to prove so, also with no luck. I've gone as far as give him a negative review on his YouTube channel with nothing back.

 This is the last straw with this young man so I've had a credit card cancelled so as not to be billed for something I clearly don't want. I do not know this individual nor have I ever met him so my actions are in no way vindictive or personal. I don't conduct business in this fashion and I'm not even in the same line of work as Mr. Randolph. I was interested in checking out the information he had to see if it would help me in my own business. I'm glad I do not operate myself or my shop this way. I can see that this is my last step to warn others not to throw their hard earned money away on such non-sense. Best of luck to you young man, you are going to need it.

Just a follow up to this.

It was merely a misunderstanding, at the time Ecom Blitz was being redone although some members still came in even though we weren't actively advertising from old public videos, etc.

We didn't know it, but at the time we were editing the control panel.

A while later before I even saw this report I checked my Facebook messages and saw a message from this member.

I addressed his issues and fixed the problem (and refunded him)

This is now over

To clarify: we do not bill your free trial once you have requested a cancellation. There's no point, it just eventually leads to a dispute which is bad for our payment processing accounts. It was simply a misunderstanding in a grey period when we were redoing the membership site. This is now fixed, thanks.

I've finally spoken with Mr.Randolph and have informed him that the link to his site for support and follow up are broken. I expressed my concerns and believe to have left on a good note concerning this matter. I wish the mentioned party the best of luck and no ill will over this matter. i hope this issue is resolved and the matter is done with.
