Economic Movement/ Philip Boucicaut Ponzi scheme, wire fraud WEST PALM BEACH Florida
Philip Bourcicault a resident of West Palm Beach, FL is without any doubt organizing a serious Ponzi scheme allegedly involved high-yield returns wire fraud and money laundering. But no one is able to report him since 2011 because the large campaign of corruption where he is sponsoring the entire media community especially through the Haitian Community. Because of the weak income range of such a community, it's easy to dupe those people by providing them high-yield returns on their investments.
Philip Bourcicault, as I listened to him on the radio promises investors that he had 10 years of experience working as a successful stock trader. Therefore he take huge personal loans from people promising them to yield back to them 10% to 15% on their capital.
Philip Bourcicault owns and operates without license a business that he personally names "Econimic Movement". The scheme primarily targets the Haitian community, and he is working close with another guy known under the name of TiGar.
As a responsible resident of the community, I' m very concerned with that type of scheme, I request that an investigation could be initiated on that kind of operation that could be fatal to the community before it's too late.
