Well, no only did ECONOMY LUBE cause me grief by charging me for an uneccesary tranny flush that was done 2 years in a row previous. (suppose to be under warranty if needed so soon after), they told me my oil chng would be "free". They said we will just take it off another service that day. Well, turned out when I called another ECONOMY LUBE to find out what a normal charge for a engine flush was (this was what they were taking the oil change charge out of), it was exactly what they charged me!!! NOTHING FREE HERE! I called the CEO of the company several times to get my money back for this and he has yet to refund my money. Guess he expects me to go to thier business to get it done for free. NO THANKS!! Do not go to this business to have work done. The employees play on "what if's" to get you to agree to services that are not not needed. The employees also say that they are going to throw in your oil change for "free" by deducting it off another service but never do. They just say they have. If you come into this, call another economy lube and ask thier regular price and see how free your oil change is!!! This company has bad business practices. Maybe the employees are on commission and therefore practice high pressure sales tactics.
