Ecost misleading rebate Plano Texas
Rebate for terms and conditions state to purchase a Mustang Wall Mount MV-STAT2 and send in the UPC and rebate form and invoice. But, in another area (not in the terms and conditions) it states that an LCD or plasma TV needs to be purchased. In addition, on the webpage (not on the rebate form) it states that both purchases have to be on the same receipt. This is very confusing and misleading since the terms and condition provide the legal bindings that I look at. nothing was mentioned about an LCD or Plasma display.
And if you wanted to get the rebate and purchase one later (within the time frame) this probably would not work cause ecost can state that it is not on the same invoice as the wall mount. I had one other purchase from ecost and I had revieved damaged and what appeared to be a used item. They make it difficult to return items. No more purchases from ecost by this customer.
