This University doesn't know what its doing, when I was on my last class is when I was informed I needed assignments I had turned in close to a year ago and the system they have in place for assignments isn't formatted in a way that allows for easy access to old assignments. I had to get in contact with one of the educators to gain access to those old assignments and I still wasn't able to get what I needed in order to pass they didn't even know how to access their site correctly and as a result I failed a class that was new to the school, and because I didn't have any other classes left I was dropped as a result and had to wait till the class ran again and was forced to pay a re-entry fee.

They have book fees for classes that don't have any assigned books and claim it off as maintenance to the schools website.

The internships are a joke, they claim they try to find paid internships for their students but I haven't met a single student that had one, the internships I received had little to nothing to do with my field of study. The first one consisted of sitting in a room with my mentor with little to nothing to do most of the day, he spent a lot of his time on facebook just waiting for tickets to roll in. Most days we were lucky if we got 1 at all and thanks to a lack of communication from a member of the schools staff I was forced to do that internship twice because the required number of hours were not calculated (and thanks to one of the more honest members of their staff I was informed that I wasn't the first student to have that happen to them). My second internship was working in the IT department for a fast-food chain again there was nothing to do there with no pay or possibility of hire, my biggest project was taking hard drives and copying their serial numbers into an excel sheet for disposal, that took all of one day to complete.

Another thing I disliked was being used as a guinea pig to test out new classes they accumulated just so there were enough classes for students to get their required number of credits such as positive physiology which the school never had till recently and as far as I know they no longer have.

One of the career counselors that I met with several times knows little to nothing about technology which she would bring up in conversation every time we met and her job was to find a job position for IT students, she had set me up for more than one interview which was nice however because she knows next to nothing about my field of study the interviews I was set up for were way beyond my level of education or had nothing to do with the “education” I received while I was there. The mock interviews they put you through (while claiming they will meet with you as many times as you need) have next to nothing to do with a real interview. And then when you fail to get hired after so many interviews they refuse to contact companies on your behalf and will refuse to help you with your interviewing skills. The last time I was on campus I received a phone call from one of the career counselors claiming they wanted to meet with me to discuss what went wrong with the last interview I had gone on, and at no point during that phone call was I informed that I was to have a mock interview when I met with them at the school, finally I met with someone that know something about IT but thanks the the career counselor I had spoken to on the phone I was not informed of that mock interview, it was like being ambushed. The career counselor I spoke to on the phone previously had an attitude claiming things like I wasn't prepared for the mock interview such as not bringing a copy my resume or anything to take notes on, AGAIN I was not informed of any last mock interview I was simply asked to come in to discuss the last interview I had. And now as a result of their manipulations they are refusing to market me to companies. This university is a scam and I would inform anyone planning on attending to stay far away, it is a waste of money and a wast of your time, now I'm stuck with student loans and no way to pay them off.
