Recently, my vehicle needed service for a factory recall. Since my truck was nearing 36000 I also informed the service manager that I would like a few things looked at, I also told him that I had about 35900 miles on my truck. He told me the soonest he could get me in would be in 2 weeks.

I asked if there would be a problem with geting some warranty work done and he told me that there would not as long as I wasn't more than 300 miles over, as I needed to work. On the day of my appointment I was told that there was nothing they would do for me since I was about 150 miles over 36K. I explained the situation and they got the manager I had talked to previously, and he denied everything.

When I got my "courtesy call" a few days later I was asked if I was happy with my experience, I told them no and was promised a call-back from someone higher up. I never got it, nor did I get the mandatory GM survey. These guys are horrible. I would have been fine if I were told that they couldn't help me, but they lied. They even tried to bill me for the recall work done. This company is horrible.
