Ediets.com rip-off! Offer free trial but continue billing even when service not used. Nationwide Internet
I responded to a free 30 day trial of the service. I tried the services the first week or two and found it of no value. At that point I stopped logging in not wanting to continue the service. In reviewing my check book I found that they had billed my account for a quarterly payment. When I called to complain they told me it was my responsibility to cancel the free trial and would only refund 2/3 of the amount they took from my acct. If a free trial is offered from a service they should be responsible for ensuring that the subscriber wants the service to continue after the free trial.
