Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I checked into Acclaim Visa offer, read terms and so on and when I realized it would be a prepaid card, I said, naw, not for me. And with that I just closed or 'x' out and thought that was the end. however, eventhough I do not recall applying actually for it, they were able to get my full checking account number, etc. and they stole the $159.95 from my account. attempted to call after finding out whom did the debit and had to wait for time of day to be openPacific time.

I would be put on hold for 30 minutes or more and finally another recording said 'they were so overwhelmed with calls that they could not take mine' and suggested I go online (which I had done the night before). eventually ended up calling the so called "Headquarters" at Universal City, California.

The person answering just said 'hello', very unbusiness like to begin with and she offered to send me to Velia at extension 119 but needed to give her my name and number. I said, no, I want a live person, no recordings. she transferred me to another female and was told to hold eventually she came back and i told her that they were comitting fraud. she said no, you applied for the ELITE PLUS on 11-4-06 and we are processing your order.

I told her that the $159.95 needed to be put back in my account and that I was reporting them to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce and attorney generals office in california. she didn't care! will send you paperwork and you can get back $100. and you can take documents to police or whomever you want, if you think it's fraud. see these people are tricking the viewer when you get on that application or check out what they offer.

It is fraud! Too many of us are left with no money and they don't care. the CEO is Paul Cleveland and Bill Wilson is the President. I am sending them documentation and the officers at the Monterey Bank that handles the VISA card for EDP. contacted the attorney general's office, Better BUsiness Bureau and trying to get hold of their Chamber of Commerce. you must do the same. Don't lose your money! also, you may have to close your checking account to prevent further deductions. We don't have that many protection laws.
